Yikes, it's been a long time since I posted anything. Work has exploded in craziness once again and we've had visitors. This was a drawing of Cleopatra that I was supposed to do for drawergeeks about a month ago and never painted. Here's the rough drawing, hopefully I'll get the colored version up sometime this week. Joe said that he really liked the roughness of this scan so I didn't clean it up at all for this post. ;)

yeah- sometimes a rough scan can really add to a piece. joe was right about this one. the gray shadows are like sand dust or something. :)

I really love her pose. I hope you do have time to finish this up. I also have some unfinished cleos! Such a fun drawergeeks topic and I didn't do anything. :(
